Compensation
Base pay starting between $72,400 to $95,800/yr

Job Duties The Senior Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting data migration, data quality, and operational reporting initiatives for the Unified Transformation project. This position will partner closely with technical and business teams to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and usability of master data as it moves from legacy systems into platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems. The analyst will also support operational reporting, business term and KPI documentation, and data stewardship activities.
Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams, influence decision-making, and drive adoption of data governance practices.
Lead and execute data migration activities: data mapping, validation, cleansing, and integrity checks from SQL Server to Dynamics 365 and other systems
Collaborate with technical and business team members to ensure data quality and successful migration
Support operational reporting, including dispositioning existing reports, capturing business terms, and documenting KPIs
Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data analysis, validation, and reporting
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business needs
Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and data challenges
Assist in the development and documentation of data governance and stewardship practices
Investigate and resolve complex data quality issues, providing root cause analysis and recommendations
Participate in data modeling activities, including supporting Snowflake and dbt initiatives
Support integration efforts between MDM and other enterprise systems
Present data findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and project teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and best practices
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for data flows, definitions, and business logic
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data migration, or data quality roles
Advanced SQL skills required
Experience with data mapping, validation, cleansing, and profiling
Experience with data migration projects, preferably involving ERP or MDM systems
Experience with reporting and measure, metric, and/or KPI definitions and documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
