Role Summary As
Founding Frontend Engineer , you’ll design and implement
high-performance, visually striking
web applications that define the look and feel of Meridian’s agentic AI products. This is a
hands-on, ownership-heavy
role shaping both product and engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities
Turn wireframes into
pixel-perfect, production-ready
interfaces
Leverage
advanced CSS
for refined, responsive user experiences
Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
Collaborate closely with design & backend teams to deliver rapidly
Contribute to
front-end architecture
and best practices
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in
React
+
TypeScript
Advanced CSS & UI/UX precision skills
Proven experience shipping high-quality frontends in production
Frontend architecture experience
Bonus: Node.js exposure, startup or early-stage company experience
