CNC Programmer
Colorado Springs, CO | $35–40/hr | 1st Shift, Full-Time
Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to create, revise, and optimize complex CNC programs, setups, and tooling for a precision machine shop. This role works closely with engineers, operators, and project managers to ensure parts are manufactured efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
Develop, update, and optimize CNC programs, tool lists, and setup sheets.
Interpret and process complex blueprints and job packages.
Program using Mastercam, CAD, and ERP systems; edit drawings and models.
Provide post‑process and on‑machine programming support (G‑code).
Collaborate with engineers, operators, and fabrication teams to improve efficiency.
Ensure programs meet quality, cost, and production requirements.
Qualifications
5+ years CNC programming experience.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and G‑code.
Proficiency with Mastercam, CAD, and ERP software.
Experience with FANUC, Haas, and Heidenhain controls.
Ability to hand‑program at the machine when needed.
Degree/certification in CAD/CAM or related field preferred.
