We are seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support a pediatric insurance-based caseload. Key Responsibilities
Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to pediatric clients as outlined in OT treatment plans Address fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care, and functional participation Support children within their daily routines at home, school, and in the community Use evidence-based interventions to promote measurable progress Complete accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with insurance requirements Communicate effectively with supervising therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time position $31–$32 per hour, based on experience Consistent caseloads that support financial and professional stability Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Assistant license Current COTA certification Pediatric experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
