We are seeking a skilled IV Therapy Nurse to join our dynamic team at our medical spa located in Dallas, Texas, on Berkshire Lane. This part‑time position requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care in IV therapy services. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering IV infusions, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring a high standard of safety and comfort. As part of the IV Therapy department, you will play a critical role in enhancing the overall wellness experience for our clients. The position will be performed in‑office, allowing for direct interaction with patients and collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals. Qualifications
Valid and active nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of Texas.
Previous experience in IV therapy administration or infusion therapy.
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to IV hydration and therapy.
Excellent patient assessment and monitoring skills.
Ability to assess and manage potential complications of IV therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records (EHR).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work part‑time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
Experience in a medical spa or aesthetic setting is a plus.
Responsibilities
Administer intravenous (IV) therapy treatments to patients as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and provide ongoing assessment during treatments.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
Educate patients on the IV therapy process, potential side effects, and aftercare.
Collaborate with medical staff to develop individualized treatment plans.
Ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and maintained.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Assist in managing inventory of IV supplies and medications.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the patient experience.
Stay updated on best practices and developments in IV therapy and medical spa services.
