You will have full ownership of the integration lifecycle, from architectural design to deployment. This role is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of 3 days a week in one of our Zebra locations listed below:

Responsibilities
Integration Architecture & Development
Leads the discovery, design, development, support, and optimization of complex integrations between Workday and External/Internal systems, managing end-to-end workflows using technologies such as, but not limited to, calculated fields, custom reports, RaaS, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI, PICOF, WECI to create robust integration solutions. Develops and deploys solutions using Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) and manages data transformations (XSLT, XML, XPATH). Innovates with advanced tools like Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate and Workday Extend to solve complex business challenges. Data Security & Governance
Serve as the guardian of our HR data by implementing robust security protocols for all integrations, including PGP encryption and secure access controls (ISU/ISSG). Ensures compliance with standards and regulatory requirements by maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integrations, and data flows. System Integrity & Deployment
Prepares and manages integration migrations and deployments to Sandbox and Production environments while identifying, analyzing, and leading cross-functional improvements through a Change Control Board. Develops and executes test plans to validate application performance, while prioritizing, troubleshooting, and efficiently resolving technical issues with other systems. Provides comprehensive support for HR systems, including tenant maintenance, optimization, and upgrades, with the flexibility to address issues during after-hours or weekends. Strategic Partnership
Takes initiative to work with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance to define configuration and integration requirements for new and existing integrations while solving business problems. Collaborates with vendors to map requirements and resolve integration issues efficiently, while building strong relationships with business owners. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related technical field REQUIRED Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience REQUIRED Minimum 3+ years of direct, hands‑on experience designing, building, and managing complex integrations within the Workday HCM ecosystem is REQUIRED Preferred Qualifications
Workday Pro Certification: Official Workday Integration certifications are a significant plus. Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Leadership & Mentorship: A natural ability to guide junior team members, perform root cause analysis on complex issues, and influence technical strategy. Verbal and written proficiency in the English language – Excellent communication with leaders, executives and decision makers. Growth Mindset: An eagerness to learn new technologies and a proven track record of creative problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment. Advanced Reporting: Experience developing and optimizing advanced reporting solutions using Workday technologies, such as, but not limited to, Custom Worklets, Advanced Reports, Drill‑Down Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Scorecards, BIRT, and Prism Analytics. USD 106,800.00 - USD 160,200.00 Yearly Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job‑related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long‑term incentive equity awards.
