About the Role As Managing DVM, you will lead medically and operationally, guide standards, mentor associates, and shape practice future. Passion for surgery, dentistry, and team empowerment required.

Digital X-ray & dental radiography
Therapeutic laser
Full IDEXX in‑house lab suite (CBC, chem, UA, sediment)
Electrosurgery (incoming)
Suction + all essentials
Essential Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality, compassionate small‑animal care
Perform surgeries and dental procedures confidently
Interpret diagnostics and develop treatment plans
Build strong client relationships and foster team culture
Maintain thorough medical records and ensure compliance
Lead with integrity and inspire a positive, team‑driven clinic environment
Requirements / Qualifications
DVM from an AVMA‑accredited institution
Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license eligibility
Strong communicator with a kind, professional demeanor
Team‑first leadership mentality
Able to lift 25+ lbs (with help for the big floofs)
