Overview

We’re looking for AWS Connect Engineers with 5+ years of experience to develop and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. Healthcare industry experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities

Configure Amazon Connect—queues, routing, users, and access controls. Build and optimize IVR/contact flows using AWS Lambda. Support CCP integrations and custom extensions. Implement and manage Contact Lens for insights and QA. Integrate Connect with AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway). Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability. Maintain documentation and work closely with cross‑functional teams. Required Skills

5+ years of experience with Amazon Connect or contact center engineering. Hands‑on expertise with IVR flows, Lambda integrations, routing, and telephony basics. Strong understanding of Contact Lens and CCP customization. Experience with AWS services: S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Preferred

Healthcare domain experience. AWS certification. CRM/CTI integration experience (Salesforce, ServiceNow).
