Carrols owns and operates more than 800 Burger King Restaurants. As a Team Leader, you will guide a fast‑paced team that serves the best burgers while ensuring a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
Serve burgers and other menu items to customers.
Welcome customers, take accurate orders, and handle payments using the cash register.
Maintain cleanliness of the restrooms, dining area, and kitchen, meeting safety and health standards.
Package food and drinks, keep the restaurant clean, and support health and safety practices.
Address customer questions and resolve issues when they arise.
Qualifications
Minimum age 16 years.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a team.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Physical Requirements
Remain on feet for several hours at a time.
Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
Perform frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching.
Manual dexterity for pressing and grabbing items.
Ability to read and communicate.
