Position: Team Member
Carrols owns and operates more than 800 Burger King Restaurants. As a Team Member you will serve customers, take orders, manage payments, keep areas clean and maintain health & safety standards in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve sizzling burgers to hungry customers.
Welcome customers, take accurate orders, and operate a cash register.
Keep restrooms, dining area, and kitchen clean and meet safety and health standards.
Pack food and drinks, and assist with customer questions or issue resolution.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
At least 16 years old.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a team.
Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time.
Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
Manual dexterity (pressing and grabbing).
Ability to communicate and read.
Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching.
