We are a high‑end residential cabinetry and architectural millwork company specializing in custom‑built projects. We are seeking a hands‑on leader to manage our shop team and oversee daily production activities.
In this role, you will work directly with millworkers in a supervisory capacity—guiding, monitoring, and supporting the team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional craftsmanship. You will also collaborate closely with our Project Management and Office teams to guarantee precise execution from fabrication through installation.
This is an upper‑level position that requires strong communication skills and advanced woodworking knowledge.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily shop production activities ensuring high craftsmanship standards.
Guide, monitor, and support millworker team to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Project Management and Office teams for seamless project execution from fabrication to installation.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience
in a professional fine‑woodworking or millwork shop (mandatory)
Preferred 2+ years of experience
managing a team of five or more
Preferred 2+ years of installation experience
Bilingual:
Must speak
Portuguese , and English
Full‑time position, including Saturdays
