Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in East Delhi, NY. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, creating strategies to identify potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. Monitoring industry trends and competition to inform business strategies will also be a critical component of this role.
Qualifications
Experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Account Management
Strong skills in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
Proven ability to meet revenue targets and business goals
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
