Job Details We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The analyst will work closely with various teams, providing financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision‑making processes.
Conduct detailed financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to identify trends and evaluate business performance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather relevant data, understand key business drivers, and provide financial insights.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and providing recommendations.
Assist in the annual budgeting process, including the development of revenue and expense budgets, capital budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget, conducting in‑depth variance analysis to understand root causes of discrepancies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Financial Analyst role.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow management.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
