Role Entry Level - HR & Accounting Coordinator

Location Irvine, CA (On-site preferred; hybrid flexibility available)

We are seeking a motivated HR Operations & Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team in Irvine, CA. This part-time role is ideal for professionals with 1-3 years of HR or operations experience or recent graduates eager to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities

Support daily HR operations, including contracts, background checks (BGC), payroll, benefits administration, vendor payments, onboarding, and compliance.

Manage client/vendor agreements.

Process invoices and payments through QuickBooks.

Assist with payroll and taxes via ADP Workforce Now.

Coordinate employee benefits and immigration documentation.

Candidates should have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with HRIS / ATS tools and knowledge of U.S. labor laws is a plus.
