Great Livin' LLC in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a reliable full‑time or part‑time Living Support / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support our residential clients with developmental disabilities. This caregiving position offers a fun, meaningful work environment where you can make a difference.
The position starts at $15.00–$18.00 per hour depending on experience and training. Shifts
Monday‑Friday, Day: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Monday‑Friday, Day: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
Monday‑Friday, Grave: 11:00 PM–9:00 AM
Weekends Friday–Sunday, Day: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM / Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM–10:00 PM
Weekends Friday–Monday, Day: 9:00 PM–9:00 AM
Benefits and Training Great Livin' LLC offers a $200 unlimited referral program and paid training that covers state‑based developmental disabilities supports division training, CPR/First Aid/AED, and Handle With Care.
About Great Livin' Founded in 2008, Great Livin' LLC runs eight supported‑living homes dedicated to the well‑being of adults living with intellectual disabilities. Staff help residents acquire life skills, build relationships, and achieve functional independence while receiving personalized support.
Responsibilities
Support adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible in assisted living homes.
Assist with bathing, hygiene, shopping, meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping.
Model appropriate social skills and behaviors.
Teach new skills and help participants achieve goals using effective mentoring techniques.
Assist with educational and recreational activities to increase community access.
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation and promptly report health or safety concerns.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a fingerprint and background check (provided by the company).
Completion of a TB test (provided by the company).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Patient, respectful, tactful, and calm under pressure.
A heart for serving people with disabilities.
