6:00 AM – 9:00 AM, Friday – Sunday
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Friday; 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday / Wednesday / Friday; 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Tuesday / Thursday
12:00 PM – 4:30 PM, Sunday; 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Wednesday
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Tuesday & Thursday
11:00 PM – 8:00 AM, Sunday & Monday; 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Thursday – Saturday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday; including weekends, holidays, and on‑call as needed

DSP I Essential Responsibilities
Provides assistance with daily living skills per the individual’s schedule and ISP
Assists with daily needs/tasks within the person’s home
Prompts and provides assistance with medication management as needed
Assists persons with personal care, including hygiene
Assists with weight‑bearing and non‑weight‑bearing transfers, as needed
Complies with all Momentum policies, procedures, and regulations
Performs other duties as assigned to meet department and/or business needs
DSP I Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid and current proof of legal right to drive in California (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Reliable phone/access to phone (monthly stipend)
Minimum of one (1) year experience working with people with developmental and/or other disabilities (preferred)
Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English
Successfully pass all post‑offer, pre‑employment screening requirements, including criminal background check, drug screening, and proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, and transfer individuals
Use of personal vehicle for assignments throughout service areas not normally assigned (highly preferred)
Must be available to travel throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties, as needed (mileage reimbursed)
