Klenzoid, a DuBois Canada Brand, Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States
Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Department Scheduler to coordinate and maintain daily and weekly production schedules in a fast‑paced chemical manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role partners closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Customer Service to ensure production orders are released, materials are staged, and finished goods are available to meet demand. The position will also develop delivery schedules for company‑owned delivery trucks to support on‑time shipments and efficient routing. This is an on‑site position; remote work is not available. Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and publish daily/weekly production schedules based on demand, capacity, labor availability, and material constraints. Release and manage production work orders in an ERP system; prioritize and sequence jobs to support on‑time completion. Coordinate with Warehouse on materials availability, staging, picks, and inventory accuracy using WMS tools. Develop and maintain delivery schedules for company‑owned delivery trucks, coordinating with warehouse loading plans, order readiness, driver availability, and customer delivery windows. Track schedule adherence and proactively address constraints (raw material shortages, equipment downtime, labor changes, truck/driver availability). Communicate schedule updates clearly to production leads, warehouse staff, and operations leadership. Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed to ensure accurate planning inputs. Maintain documentation and records for production planning, delivery scheduling, revisions, and order status. Follow all site safety policies, including chemical handling procedures, housekeeping expectations, and required PPE. Work effectively in a production plant/warehouse setting (noise, forklifts, drums/totes, chemical storage areas). Required Qualifications
Strong computer skills and experience working in ERP and WMS systems. Experience in production scheduling, planning, logistics coordination, and/or delivery scheduling in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage changing priorities and multiple deadlines. Strong communication skills—able to coordinate across departments and drive clarity under pressure. Commitment to safe work practices and comfort working in a chemical production plant warehouse environment. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Commitment to a drug‑free workplace. Preferred Qualifications
Acumatica ERP experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field. Logistics/scheduling/planning credentials (e.g., APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP). Experience coordinating deliveries with internal fleets or knowledge of DOT/logistics constraints. Working Conditions & Safety
