$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successfully completion of first 90 days)

Employment & Training Support Professional 1 – Full Time
Location:
Springfield, MA
Rate of Pay:
$22.00 per hour
Hours:
40 hours per week
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM
Summary
Provides orientation, training, and supervision of workers with disabilities, working alongside individuals with disabilities in a worksite or community-based employer. The Support Professional 2 implements employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and assures job is performed to specifications.
Qualifications
High School/GED
Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and a reliable vehicle
Requirements
Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, and email essential
Must be able to travel within the region to access employers and community organizations
