Responsibilities

Manage incentive compensation programs across sales and customer success functions

Execute the monthly commissions process, ensuring timely and accurate payouts

Provide strategic insights to Sales Leadership and Finance to evaluate and enhance compensation plans

Collaborate on initiatives related to plan design, review cycles, and policy updates

Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders

Qualifications

2-4+ years of experience in Sales/Incentive Compensation, Commissions Operations, or Financial Planning & Analytics within a SaaS or high-growth environment

Proven ability to manage complex data sets with attention to detail

Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with automated commission platforms preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience supporting Post-Sales or Customer Success organizations on variable compensation plans

Familiarity with commission governance and payout nuances
