What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Support and analyze incentive compensation plans for the global sales organization

Perform calculations of variable compensation and validate payment components and commissions

Develop and maintain partnerships with various departments to align compensation plans with organizational goals

Maintain and update variable compensation systems and processes for tracking sales compensation metrics

Develop procedures to streamline compensation processes and ensure compliance with regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of related experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree

Experience in finance, accounting, or data analyst roles

Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Anaplan, Tableau, and other SaaS business tools

Strong verbal communication and writing skills

Proven problem-solving and analytical skills in financial management and modeling

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience dealing with variable and commission compensation

Basic familiarity with SaaS market trends and compensation strategy execution
