IT Manager
to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of a dynamic brokerage firm while advancing your career in the U.S. financial markets. Key Responsibilities
Manage and operate company wide IT infrastructure including email systems, PCs, servers, networks, and VDI Implement and maintain firewall policies, VPNs, and wireless network environments Evaluate and introduce IT solutions and tools that improve reliability, security, and business productivity Ensuring all systems used for communication, storage, and backup meet SEC and FINRA requirements Provide day to day IT support for employees, troubleshooting issues with devices (PCs, monitors, printers, etc.) and software Manage IT hardware and software assets, licenses, and procurement Deliver smooth IT setup for new hires and offboarding processes for departing employees Manage user accounts and permissions across SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, JIRA, etc.) Establish and enforce IT security policies and procedures to ensure secure access and compliance Monitor risks and proactively mitigate vulnerabilities in systems and networks Manage relationships with IT vendors and external service providers Lead IT related projects including infrastructure upgrades, SaaS rollouts, and process automation Collaborate with compliance department during regulatory audits or cybersecurity examinations Qualifications
5–7 years of IT operations experience across infrastructure and end-user support Proficiency with Windows and Mac environments, server and network management Experience in a FINRA-regulated or other financial institution a plus. Experience with SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Jira, etc.) Hands‑on expertise in firewall, VPN, and wireless network setup and administration Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of supporting employees at all levels Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA) preferred Proficiency in the Korean language preferred Equal Opportunity Employer TSA Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
