Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health portfolio, is seeking an organized and professional Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Eugene, OR. This position plays a critical role in supporting nursing leadership and maintaining effective staffing operations.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday with weekend availability
Pay:
$22–$28/hour (DOE) | Salaried
Responsibilities
Maintain nursing staff schedules and all related records
Create and post the four (4) week master schedule in accordance with policy
Ensure staffing patterns are consistently met
Adjust staffing based on census changes, call‑offs, budget constraints, and planned leaves
Schedule time‑off requests with approval from the Director of Nursing
Provide administrative support to the Director of Nursing as requested
Track absenteeism, schedule requests, and staffing documentation
Maintain compliance with Resident Rights at all times
Qualifications
1–2+ years of scheduling experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
