Adecco staffing is seeking a Buyer Planner to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supplier management, purchase order administration, production planning, and ensuring materials are available and efficiently presented for manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and negotiate purchase orders, ensuring favorable pricing and on-time delivery
Build and maintain supplier relationships to meet quality, cost, and delivery standards
Implement engineering changes, update ERP data, and support new product development
Monitor and maintain work orders, planned order reports, and material shortage reports
Oversee Kanban systems, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
Support production efficiency through effective material presentation and flow
Qualifications
3+ years in a Buyer/Planner role within manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
ERP and MS Office proficiency; Lean/Kanban experience required
Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
CPIM certification a plus
Location: Boxborough, MA ― Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
