Procurement Specialist – Manufacturing & MRO

Location: Sarasota, FL

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time | Overtime as needed

About the Role: Adecco is hiring a Procurement Specialist to support manufacturing and MRO operations in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll be responsible for sourcing parts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue purchase orders and ensure proper documentation

Procure parts for customer units and ensure FAA traceability

Monitor and expedite orders using ERP systems

Communicate delivery status to internal teams

Identify cost‑saving opportunities through global sourcing

Manage inventory levels and supplier portals (SAP)

Coordinate claims, warranties, and supplier communications

Maintain procurement metrics and KPIs

Resolve material discrepancies and support supply chain operations

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree + 3 years in supply chain (or 5+ years experience without a degree)

ERP system experience (SAP preferred)

Strong problem‑solving and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and service orientation

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Work Environment: 80% stationary, 20% mobility

Office and production floor setting

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
