Job Description The Network Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining the security and efficiency of our network infrastructure. This role involves implementing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting various network systems to ensure optimal performance and security. The Network Analyst will work closely with the IT team to support high‑security server environments, handle security certificates, and manage network security tools and applications.

Key Responsibilities

Security Certificate Management: Manage and apply security certificates, monitor expiration, and renew as needed.

F5 Implementation and Support: Implement, configure, support, and troubleshoot F5 load balancers to ensure high availability and performance.

Firewall Management: Support, configure, and implement firewall rules; troubleshoot firewall‑related issues.

Server Support: Provide support for high‑security server environments, ensuring configurations align with security protocols.

VPN Management: Implement, configure, support VPN solutions for remote access and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Network Analysis: Conduct network trace, packet investigations, and gateway support; provide integration configuration support.

Antivirus and Security Applications: Implement, support, and troubleshoot McAfee Antivirus, ensuring solutions are up‑to‑date.

Web Proxy Support: Implement, configure, and support web proxy solutions; secure internet access.

DNS and DHCP Management: Support and maintain DNS and DHCP configurations; troubleshoot name resolution and IP management issues.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in network analysis or a similar role.

Proven experience with F5 load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, and high‑security server environments.

Strong knowledge of network protocols and tools, including DHCP and DNS.

Experience with McAfee Antivirus and web proxy configurations.

Ability to analyze network traces and perform packet investigations.

Level 2 security clearance required.

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, F5 Certified Administrator, or similar.

Experience with additional security tools and network management software.

Familiarity with cloud networking solutions.

Working Conditions

Must be able to work in a high‑security environment.

Must be onsite 2‑3 days/week at client in Tiverton, Ontario.
