Position Overview

The Network Analyst is responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of the organization’s network infrastructure. This role involves implementing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting network and security systems in a high‑security environment. The Network Analyst will work closely with internal IT teams to manage network security tools, certificates, load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, and server environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, deploy, and maintain security certificates to ensure secure network communications.

Monitor certificate lifecycles and perform timely renewals.

Implement, configure, and support F5 load balancers.

Troubleshoot and resolve availability and performance issues.

Configure, support, and maintain firewall rules and policies.

Troubleshoot firewall‑related security and connectivity issues.

Support high‑security server environments.

Ensure server configurations comply with established security standards.

Implement, configure, and support VPN solutions for secure remote access.

Diagnose and resolve VPN connectivity issues.

Perform network tracing, packet analysis, and gateway troubleshooting.

Provide integration and configuration support to optimize network operations.

Implement, support, and troubleshoot McAfee Antivirus solutions.

Ensure antivirus systems are current and operating effectively.

Implement, configure, and support web proxy solutions to secure internet access.

Maintain and support DNS and DHCP services.

Troubleshoot name resolution and IP address allocation issues.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in network analysis or a similar role.

Hands‑on experience with F5 load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, and secure server environments.

Strong understanding of network protocols, including DNS and DHCP.

Experience with McAfee Antivirus and web proxy solutions.

Proven ability to analyze network traces and perform packet investigations.

Level 2 security clearance (required).

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, F5 Certified Administrator, or similar.

Experience with additional network security and management tools.

Familiarity with cloud networking environments.

Working Conditions

Role operates within a high‑security environment.

Onsite presence required 2–3 days per week at the client location in Tiverton, Ontario.
