Our client is seeking an
Assistant Controller
to join their growing finance team and play a key role in managing accounting operations and supporting strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency.
Mentor and develop team members to foster growth and collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in manufacturing or multi-entity environments a plus.
