Division Controller
to oversee accounting operations, drive financial strategy, and partner with senior leadership to support growth and profitability. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape decisions and influence success across the business.
Base Pay Range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for the division.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Partner with operational leaders to provide strategic financial insights.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency.
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles.
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
Experience in a multi-division or manufacturing environment a plus.
