Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP.
Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports.

Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
Mentor and support team members to foster growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in real estate, healthcare, or related industries a plus.
