Customer Service Rep (07722) – 346 Euclid Ave The Customer Service Representative at Domino’s Pizza is responsible for efficiently managing inventory, processing telephone and in‑person orders, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring accurate delivery of products.

Job Responsibilities

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility daily.

Operate all equipment, prepare product, and make correct monetary change.

Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.

Collaborate with team members during loading, unloading, delivery, and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and handling monetary change).

Good motor coordination with eyes and hands/fingers for quick, precise movements.

Ability to use computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.

Capacity for standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lb) and carrying items such as pizza dough, sauce, trays.

Comfortable working in varying temperatures (36 °F–90 °F) and with exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, etc.

Work Conditions

Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.

In‑store temperatures range from cool (36 °F) to hot (90 °F+). Sudden changes in temperature may occur.

Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F and sharp edges.

Standing and walking on ceramic tile or linoleum; walking short distances.

Delivering customers requires travel between store and vehicle; may involve carrying, pushing dollies, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, squatting, reaching.

Exertion includes lifting up to 50 lb, carrying 30 lb pizza sauce, pushing or pulling trays up to 30 lb.
