Job Description As a Customer Service Representative you will operate all store equipment, process orders, maintain inventory, and keep the store clean and ready for customers.
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
Prepare product and assemble pizza orders.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Use computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Make correct monetary change.
Speak clearly with customers and co‑workers, both over the phone and in person.
Perform motor coordination tasks such as rapid, accurate movements of hands and fingers.
Training and Advancement Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided. Many team members start as delivery drivers and progress to franchise ownership or management positions.
Qualifications NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED.
Job Requirements You must be 16 years of age or older.
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, and occasional short‑distance running.
Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb. Cases may weigh up to 50 lb.
Carrying: large cans (≈3 lb) and sometimes heavier items such as pizza sauce (≈30 lb).
Pushing: trays on dollies up to 24‑30 in. requiring up to 7.5 lb force.
Climbing: occasional stair or ladder use for maintenance.
Stooping, bending, and squatting at the pizza assembly station.
Reaching continuously up, down, and forward; sometimes above 72 in.
Eye‑hand coordination for use of tools such as pizza peel, cutter, and boxes.
Operating equipment and computers, telephones, and calculators.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather when removing trash or outside tasks.
Temperature ranges from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F+ in some areas.
Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Compensation Starting pay $11 /hour with pay increase after full training completion.
