Opportunity Overview
Senior Project Controls and Scheduler – E&C is an onsite position located in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 1‑year contract assignment (W‑2). You will join the project Scheduling Team for the Engineering and Construction Division located in Juno Beach, Florida, working directly with Project Originators, Developers, Early‑Stage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Construction Managers to support the development, engineering, and construction of multiple technologies such as Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Transmission Lines, Substations, Pipelines, or Combined Cycles. You will report to the onsite Manager. Your Day-to-Day
Reporting to the group Manager, you will lead teams in the creation, maintenance, and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6 Software. Prepare monthly reports for construction projects comparing baseline approved schedules to progress schedules, including critical path method analysis, resource loading, cost loading, workforce submittal analysis, evaluation of update impacts, and aid in recovery plan development. Serve as a key member of the scheduling team, supporting project teams across multiple technologies to lead project success through the entire life cycle. Utilize scheduling, management, and technical skills to develop accurate schedules, coordinate diverse meetings, and report to management for a portfolio of projects. Who You Are
5+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling software experience. Experience of 15+ years in related fields. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or a similar field, or applicable experience. Team leader of schedulers, working with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints for inclusion in plans and schedules. Facilitate schedule review meetings with all project participants, coordinating requirements to ensure resources are focused on the right activities.
