Project Scheduler II - E&C

Contract:
1‑year contract assignment (W‑2) onsite
Opportunity Overview Project Scheduler II – E&C is an onsite position located in Juno Beach, FL. You will work directly with Project Originators, Developers, Early‑Stage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Construction Managers supporting the development, engineering, and construction of multiple technologies such as Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Transmission Lines, Substations, Pipelines, and Combined Cycles. You will report to the onsite Manager.
Your Day‑to‑Day
Manage the creation, maintenance, and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6 Software.
Prepare monthly reports for construction projects comparing baseline approved schedules to progress schedules.
Conduct critical path method analysis, resource loading, cost loading, workforce submittal analysis, evaluate update impacts, and aid in recovery plan development.
Serve as a key member of the scheduling team supporting project teams across multiple technologies, leading project success through the entire life cycle.
Coordinate diverse meetings, develop accurate schedules, and report to management on project performance.
Who You Are
4+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling software experience.
6–10 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or a similar field, or applicable experience.
Team player who works with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints for scheduling.
Strong relationship builder and leader of schedule review meetings with project participants.
Excellent process management, prioritization, and the ability to validate and report project status and variances to management.
