Position Overview Connect Search is growing, and we’re looking to add a Recruiter to our Healthcare team, focused on non-clinical healthcare roles . This position is ideal for a driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering high-quality talent to healthcare organizations. In this role, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruiting process for non-clinical healthcare positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal team members to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-clinical healthcare roles (including administrative, revenue cycle, finance, HR, operations, and support positions). Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements, timelines, and workforce needs. Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings. Prepare candidates for interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and manage feedback. Present qualified candidates to clients and guide the offer and acceptance process. Conduct reference checks and support onboarding and pre-employment processes. Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the ATS. Stay informed on healthcare hiring trends, market conditions, and talent availability. Qualifications 1–4+ years of recruiting experience (agency experience preferred; healthcare recruiting a plus). Experience recruiting non-clinical healthcare roles or strong interest in the healthcare space. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
