.Thisperson willact as the liaison betweenSales, Distributors, and Integrated Supply Chain responsible for product inventory management. This position reports tothe
Sr. Manager of Sales Operations. What You’ll Be Brewing: Leadtheproduct supply readiness process for major retail activity including communication and incorporationofchain forecasts, inventory, and shipment timing to assess actions required, influence production and close order gaps Lead new item forecasting to support distributorordering Supportproduct authorization process and SKU optimization initiatives Manageregional truck decal budget to ensure funds are spent appropriately to drivebrand awareness Create centralized reports and scorecards to communicate progress and opportunity for: region initiatives, monthly business objectives, incentives, executional priorities, operations, core SKU compliancy, key new item orders, and distributor communications Key Ingredients: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent You have 2+ years progressive experience in sales, sales operations, or marketing You love a challenge. (posting salary range) +
10 %
target short term incentive+ $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
