Level 3 Maintenance Technician – Charlotte, NC
We are currently seeking a qualified Level 3 Maintenance Technician for our community in Charlotte, NC 28213.

Level 3 Maintenance Technician Job Duties
Plumbing work such as repairing or replacing faucets and toilets, operating a sewer cleanout auger, diagnosing and repairing simple water leaks.
Electrical work such as light fixtures, GFCI’s, understanding lightbulb wattage, replacing breakers and fuses, replacing outlets and light switches.
Carpentry work such as building stairs and ramps, framing doors and windows, installing landscaping timbers.
Additional residential repairs including replacing/installing floors, installing siding and skirting, installing/replacing doors and windows, drywalling and painting.
Oversee the curb appeal of the community; ensure it meets Riverstone Communities’ standards: pick up trash, groundskeeping (lawn mowing, planting flowers, weeding), etc.
Complete clean outs of homes.
Read water meters for each home (if applicable).
Finish work orders efficiently and timely.
Take training classes online/virtually via computer or tablet.
Complete day-to-day duties with minimal supervision.
Adhere to all safety laws and regulations.
Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies.
Level 3 Maintenance Technician Requirements
3+ years of experience in residential or commercial property maintenance OR in a technical field such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
3+ years of experience in groundskeeping and/or landscaping.
3+ years of experience in some of the following: carpentry, painting (indoor/outdoor), flooring, drywalling, installing windows and doors, roofing, or framing.
Ability to be very active – walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
Willingness to use basic technology/learn technology.
Legally able to operate a motor vehicle (drive to different locations on the property) with a valid driver’s license.
Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.
