Direct Support Professional ICM Independent Case Management

8a‑4p (40 hours flex) Dardanelle, AR

Responsibilities

Provide quality care, direction, guidance and help to customers with daily activities such as bathing, bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.

Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion.

Assist customers in achieving agreed‑upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community.

Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform.

Observe the customer’s condition and monitor surroundings to ensure safety and success—including monitoring of equipment and materials.

Perform other duties as assigned.

General Requirements for All ICM Employees

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education).

Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
