Job Description Physical Therapists are movement experts who improve quality of life through hands‑on care, patient education, and prescribed movement. In our Outpatient Rehabilitation department you will treat patients of all ages and abilities while collaborating with a team of therapists across a range of specialties. The team is collaborative, patient‑focused, and emphasizes orientation and mentorship for new members.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans and goals, and implement programs for physical or developmental dysfunction and independence in activities of daily living.
Continuously reassess treatment plans and goals.
Educate patients, families, and others on home programs and preventive measures.
Prepare written documentation required by the profession and department promptly.
Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers regarding patient care.
Maintain departmental policies, procedures, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
Participate in educational programs, in‑services, meetings, special project teams, and related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science, Physical Therapy.
Physical Therapist license required.
Less than one year of experience in physical therapy.
