Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Compensation and Schedule
Pay Range: $85-$95/hour
Full‑time or Part‑time Available
Shifts: Afternoon & Evening, based on your availability
Preferred Time Zone: CDT, MDT, PST
Location: Fully Remote
Skills and Qualifications
Current Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.
Fully licensed and previously worked in North Carolina.
