Outpatient Services Clinical Manager
Valle Vista Health System (a UHS Facility) is a 132‑bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Greenwood, IN. Valle Vista Health System features individual units for adolescents and adults, and offers inpatient acute care and a variety of outpatient services at multiple locations. On average, over 10,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Valle Vista Health System. Position Summary The Outpatient Services Clinical Manager works in conjunction with and at the direction of the Director of Outpatient Services to provide clinical and administrative oversight of all outpatient programs, as well as direct clinical support to therapists, patients, and families.

Responsibilities
Provide clinical and administrative oversight of all outpatient programs, including direct clinical support to therapists, patients, and families.
Collaborate with the Director of Outpatient Services and multidisciplinary team to ensure quality clinical service delivery.
Supervise clinical staff and coordinate clinical support services.
Maintain compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Education:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy required.
Licensure:
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or LAC required. LCSW preferred.
Experience:
2 years of direct services as a post‑license behavioral health provider, experience facilitating group therapy and psychoeducational groups, experience working on a multidisciplinary team.
Additional Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.

11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
