Qualifications
A Master's degree at a nationally recognised /certified university in a related discipline and 5 years of post‑related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of post‑related experience.
Work experience and elementary financial knowledge on funding streams, resource planning and levelling budgets.
Work experience in resource management, including the planning for and allocation of costs and resources.
Full understanding of how project management and service management fit together, and how the demand for a new or changed service drives the need for a project.
Proven experience in service delivery and continuous service improvement at senior level.
Knowledge of NATO or national governmental acquisition policy and procurement procedures.

Duties/Role
Advising on financial planning, budgeting, costing, accounting, and charging using recognised accounting practices and standards.
Developing financial plans and forecasts.
Monitoring and managing expenditure and examining areas where budgets and expenditure exceed agreed tolerances.
