We are home to 4 assisted living facilities, a large daycare center, a rehab clinic, a skilled nursing facility and are the Seymour site for Prevea Health.

Purpose of Job Position:
Plans, coordinates, supervises and implements nursing services for assigned residents as part of the gerontological interdisciplinary team. Supervises and implements care for assigned residents.
Starting wage $40.00 – $41.75 BASED ON EXPERIENCE. 48 hours per 2‑week pay period 2 pm – 10 pm includes every other weekend and holiday. Salary: $40.00 – $41.75 per hour.
Seniority level: Entry level.
