Position: Physical Therapist – Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, Mission Hills, CA.
Schedule: Part‑time, 8‑hour day shifts (per‑diem). Compensation: $49.40 – $76.68 per hour (base pay); additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, and bonuses.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement individual treatment programs based on the principles of physical therapy.
Provide care to patients across all age groups (infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics) and work as an interdisciplinary team member.
Assist coworkers, patients, and visitors as required.
Participate in continuing education related to treatment and care practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
California Fire and Life Safety Card – National Organization within 30 days of hire.
Work experience in a Physical Disabilities setting.
Experience with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Physical Therapist.
One year or more clinical experience with infants, children, or adolescents in NICU or acute care hospitals; CCS paneled.
