What You’ll Do: Assemble, test, and inspect products to meet engineering specs and quality standards. Team up with OSG support to inspect parts and materials using the right tools and methods. Help solve production challenges and suggest smart improvements to drawings, processes, and equipment. Follow all procedures to ensure consistent, compliant products. Use your skills in J Standard Soldering and troubleshooting to keep things running smoothly. Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized – 6S style! Show up reliably and be ready to roll up your sleeves for overtime when needed.

What You Bring: High school diploma or GED. 10+ years of manufacturing experience. Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T. Familiarity with schematics. Strong assembly and troubleshooting skills. Quick learner who’s ready to take on new tasks.

Bonus Points: Lean Six Sigma / Greenbelt experience.

Physical Demands: Sitting: 35%; Walking: 10%; Standing: 35%; Lifting: 20% (up to 30 lbs solo; heavier with help or lift equipment).

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.50 per hour.
