Chad's Design Build is seeking an experienced
Residential Construction Project Manager
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in custom residential construction and a track record of effectively managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the production process of residential remodeling projects from design finalization to completion, including warranty periods.
Collaborate with clients, design teams, and other stakeholders to finalize project designs and specifications.
Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.
Manage the budget-approved project-related invoices.
Process change orders in a timely manner.
Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.Work closely with Pre-Construction and Estimating teams on new projects.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management within the residential construction industry.
At least 10 years of relevant trade experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in JobTread.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of construction processes, architecture, and design principles.
