Location: AIKEN, South Carolina – Aiken Regional Medical Centers, a 273‑bed acute care facility and part of Universal Health Services (UHS). Aiken Regional Medical Centers is a top hospital in South Carolina recognized for outstanding care in heart attack, heart failure and pneumonia. Services include emergency care, orthopedic surgeries, maternity, and behavioral health. Position Description

The Marketing Manager assists the Director of Marketing in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and projects, leading content marketing for internal and external communications. Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, email marketing, audience journey). Lead creative ideas and implement campaign strategy. Support internal and external communications: public relations, earned media, and brand initiatives across digital, print and direct communication channels; internal employee engagement initiatives. Stay current on traditional and emerging marketing channels and digital trends to identify new opportunities. Lead the content marketing plan, including social media strategy, video/reels, website, blogs and intranet; create digital communication assets (copywriting, graphic design, videography, photography). Set goals and ensure success of special events through coordination, planning, promotion, programming and execution; willingness to work some early mornings, nights and weekends. Benefits

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications or related field. Marketing and/or public relations certification a plus. 5‑7 years progressive marketing experience managing multi‑channel campaigns, content development, digital strategy and vendor coordination. Minimum of 2 years in a comprehensive healthcare system preferred. Advanced digital marketing capabilities – experience with digital campaigns, analytics and SEO/SEM. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – strong skills in graphic design, photography and video editing, and working in Illustrator and Photoshop. Proven experience planning and developing social content and video reels. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing deadlines and manage projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight. Strong project management skills. Mastery of communication skills across all audiences including executives, physicians, frontline staff, patients, guests and community partners. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, high‑visibility environment. Highly collaborative, team‑oriented mindset. EEO Statement
