Job Summary A lecturer is responsible for teaching a full course load of undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Behavior, Policy, Direct Practice, and Research. This person is also part of various School, College, and University committees. Other responsibilities include academic advising, student recruitment, service to the profession, and academic program review duties.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work
Four years of post- MSW direct practice experience in social work
Prior teaching experience
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate or ABD
CSWE accreditation experience
Five years of post- MSW
2 years of higher education teaching experience
Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility.
