Executive Assistant to C-Suite
Location:
Downtown Dallas (On-site)
We are partnering with a growing, highly professional organization to identify a polished, strategic Executive Assistant to support its senior executive leadership team. This is a true C-suite EA role, not an office manager position, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-visibility executive office and views themselves as a business partner rather than task support.
This individual will provide primary support to the CEO, while also assisting other senior executives (CFO, COO, and select leadership members) as needed. The role in the executive office and requires exceptional judgment, discretion, executive presence, and proactive ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, with primary focus on the CEO
Manage complex, high-volume calendars in Outlook with precision and foresight
Act as an effective gatekeeper—understanding priorities, filtering requests, and protecting executive time
Prepare executives for meetings, including agendas, materials, board packets, and presentations
Attend executive meetings to capture notes, action items, and follow-ups; contribute insights when appropriate
Draft and edit executive-level communications with a high degree of professionalism
Coordinate domestic travel and detailed itineraries
Prepare and submit expense reports and reimbursements
Proactively manage up—anticipating needs and diplomatically taking tasks off executives’ plates
Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years
of experience supporting senior executives (SVP level or higher required)
Demonstrated success supporting
multiple executives simultaneously
Strong executive presence with exceptional polish and professionalism
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) in a metrics-driven environment
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and the full MS Office Suite
Proven experience preparing
board materials and executive presentations
Strategic mindset—able to think critically, anticipate needs, and contribute beyond execution
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Energetic, positive, team-oriented approach with a “no job too big or too small” mentality
Healthcare or regulated-industry experience preferred (not required)
Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered
