JG Custom Cabinetry & Design is a kitchen and bath cabinet manufacturer located in central Wisconsin. As a growing company, we are currently looking for a driven and organized professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our staff as the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. Position Overview:
The Part-Time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant supports the financial and administrative functions of JG Custom Cabinetry. This person will perform core bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online, maintain accurate AR/AP records, run payroll, coordinate with our outside accounting firm, and provide general administrative support under the oversight and direction of the VP of Operations.
We are seeking someone friendly, outgoing, professional, and highly detail-oriented—someone who thrives in a fast-paced small-business environment that is anticipating substantial growth in the upcoming calendar year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle Accounts Payable: enter bills, track due dates, maintain AP accuracy, communicate professionally with vendors.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable: create invoices, send statements, track collections, follow up as needed.
  • Perform payroll processing independently, with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide support to our outside accounting firm during month-end and year-end processes.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
  • Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative support as needed across the organization.
  • Assist with coordinating communications, documentation, and workflow between departments.
  • Help maintain office organization, supplies, and basic operational needs.
  • Communication & Team Support
  • Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with vendors, customers, and team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

Qualifications Required:
  • 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
  • Solid understanding of AR/AP workflows, invoicing, bill entry, payroll, and financial transactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Friendly, outgoing, professional demeanor.
  • On-site position in Neenah, WI.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in a small to medium-sized business environment.
  • Compensation & Schedule
  • Hourly pay based on experience.
  • On-site position.
  • Possible flexible daytime schedule.
  • Approximately 1525 hours per week, with potential to expand as the company grows.
