Some of what you will do as a Warehouse Coordinator:

• Prepare receiving paperwork for product to be checked in
• Prepare store invoices and billing of store deliveries
• Monitor trip leave times
• Provide customer service assistance to customers, drivers and vendors
• General clerical duties
• Attend work regularly and on time as scheduled, and maintain an acceptable attendance level
• Plan and prioritize work load to ensure that department needs are met as well as the overall organizational needs of the company
• Follow instructions promptly and efficiently, taking initiative when appropriate
• Respond promptly to e-mails and telephone calls, demonstrating consideration and courtesy
• Communicate frequently with supervisor to alert the status of on-going operations pertaining to assigned area of responsibility
• Perform various Logistic Department related functions and assignments in an accurate and timely manner, as required by the circumstances and/or by the supervisor

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel
• Prior warehouse clerical experience
• Planning and organizational skills required
• Knowledge of warehousing functions required
• Understanding of warehouse equipment operations and safety issues
